No matter who you choose, ensure your builder provides a detailed estimate clearly outlining what is included and what isn’t.

Before making your decision, make sure to do your research, looking for customer reviews, warranty information, and any service guarantees or financing information.

As of the 2020 Decennial Census, the population of Flint Hill is 981. The town has an area of 2.47 square miles and holds 453 total households. It is located in northwestern St. Charles County offering a small town appeal while still close to many amenities.

Flint Hill residents can attend K-12 schooling in either the Fort Zumwalt School District or the Wentzville School District, which are ranked #15 and #17 for best school districts in Missouri, respectively. Flint Hill also allows for easy access to private schools, including St. Dominic High School, St. Joseph Catholic School, St. Patrick School, and Immanuel Lutheran School.
